The Chicago Bulls may be young and up-and-comers, but they are already a force to be reckoned with. And let us not forget the defending NBA champions, the Dallas Mavericks. Superstar Dirk Nowitzki and his effortless jump shot led the team to the title in 2011, and the Mavericks are sure to provide quality for years to come.

There are some American baseball teams that are so famous, practically everyone has heard of them. The San Francisco Giants were originally from New York but they moved out to San Francisco in 1957 and have stayed there ever since. They have played at the AT&T Park since 2000 and are one of the oldest teams around. As a result they have won more games than any other US baseball team, which gives them significance. Part of the Major League, they won the baseball World Series in 2010 and are thought of very highly as a team.
