Its very sad reality that in times of economic downturn and recession people are going to lose jobs and that can be through any sector of employment and industry, in fact some people may even lose jobs they have been in for many years.

Educating ourselves and constantly learning new skills not only maintains us physically but it also and quite fundamentally keeps our grey matter brains stimulated which in turn helps us absorb more information far more effectively.
The simple processes of reading and contributing toward new activities are things a lot of people simply do not address in their day to day activities. By not doing this so many people are not achieving their true potential and other things they could quite possibly achieve. When it comes to employment the situation is pretty much the same, the mass majority of people who start out in new careers tend to be extremely enthusiastic from the very start but the excitement very quickly starts to fade away.
One of the major factors contributing to this decline of enthusiasm comes unfortunately from the company itself. With many companies there is simply a failure to address employee training which in turn reduces motivation from everyone involved. Many companies take on new staff but simply fail to have an understanding of how important personal training and induction programmes are new starters. One can describe it as the common expression first impressions count when any people say, ‘you don’t get a second chance to make a first impression’.
If a company cannot capture the interest and motivation of the new employees enthusiasm from that very first day by offering an interesting induction program and then assurances of future employment training they can only hope to keep that employee for a short period of time before they might start looking for another job with more opportunities.
